a) As each bridal is a unique couture creation tailor-made for our client we have a no refund policy. Bridals once purchased may not be returned or exchanged.
b)An advance payment of 100% of the total sale value must be paid when placing an order with our bridal consultant, without this your order will not be forwarded to production
